1500+ primary samples from hematologic malignancies, supporting highly translational ex vivo studies.

Extensive and Clinically Relevant Cohorts

Our collection includes primary samples from multiple indications:

Viable frozen primary samples are available from bone marrow, blood, tissues, and include longitudinal collections (newly diagnosed, end of treatment, and relapse), enabling dynamic analyses of disease evolution and treatment response. In parallel, associated match samples are available including plasma, dry pellet or/and RNA.

All primary samples or data are used after patient’s declared consent and following approval of the Ethic Committee. Our partner Biological Resources Centers are certified ISO9001 and ISO 20387. More information are available here.

Extensive and Clinically Relevant Cohorts

Diag2Tec have also access via our partnerships to PBMCs, plasma samples, and flow cytometry data collected across multiple time points from patients treated with CAR-T therapies in multiple myeloma and B-cell lymphomas. All clinical data and flow cytometry characterization of these PBMCs samples are available in most cases.
These longitudinal immune samples offer a unique opportunity to studytreatment-induced immune dynamics. They can also be leveraged in co-culture assays with target tumor cell lines to evaluate the patient immune cells fitness to support novel immunotherapies, such as bispecific antibodies.

Associated Clinical and Molecular Data

When available, samples are supported by comprehensive clinical, biological, and genomic annotations, including patient demographics, gender, age, disease subtypes, treatment history, cytogenetics, translocations, karyotype abnormalities, and flow cytometry data.
In additions, Genomic characterization may include gene expression profiling, RNA sequencing, and whole-exome sequencing. 

Smart Sample Selection and Study Design

We enable the selection of highly relevant samples based on target expression, mutational profiles, or response to standard-of-care treatments. This approach allows precise stratification and supports the development of predictive and translational studies.

Fresh primary samples from patients

For specific assays as target or biomarker validation, Diag2Tec have access via our partnership to fresh blood or bone marrow samples collected from patients. These specific customized assays must be discussed directly with Diag2Tec.
