Primary Samples
Using our partnerships with different biological ressources centers in France, Diag2tec has access to a large collection of primary samples from hematological malignancies to provide our services:
- Multiple Myeloma (MM) samples (from bone marrow, blood, plasma available),
- Diffuse large B-cell Lymphoma (DLBCL) samples (from tissues and blood, plasma available),
- Follicular Lymphoma (FL) samples,
- Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL) samples,
- Marginal Zone Lymphoma (MZL) samples,
- Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) samples,
- Hodgkin Lymphoma (HL) samples,
- T-cell lymphoma samples,
- Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) samples (from bone, marrow, blood, plasma available),
- Acute B- Lymphomblastic Leukemia (B-ALL) samples.
These samples are from a « longitudinal cohort » with naïve, end of treatment and relapses samples available for ex-vivo experiments.

When available, we can provide additional data for the samples selected for the study: gender, age, subtypes, clinical history of treatment, translocations status, karyotype abnormalities, flow cytometry report.
For some samples, we also have the characterization of genomic profiles using Affymeytrix microArray, RNA seq, or Exome seq. We also have the capabilities to perform additional sequencing characterization of the samples at baseline or after treatment.
According to your needs, we can select specific primary samples of interest using the expression of your targets, the mutationnal profiles, resistance to SoC treatments…
Using our cellular models, we provide you a large range of services to investigate the effect of your molecules alone or in combination treatment.
